User Agreement
➤ By commissioning me, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service.
➤ The Client may not request a commission if it do not agree to the tems.

➤ I may decline any project or client.
➤ I retain ownership of all artwork and may use it for promotion.
➤ My art may not be linked to AI or NFTs.
➤ Profit requires commercial rights.
➤ All sales are digital; no physical shipping.
➤ Personal-use license unless commercial rights are purchased.
➤ Disputes handled through direct communication.Client Responsibilities
➤ Clients must read the Terms and understand pricing before ordering.
➤ Artwork may not be altered or claimed as your own.
➤ My style and Do’s/Don’ts must be respected.
➤ Artwork may be displayed externally with credit.

➤ I may sign/watermark my artwork.
➤ Delivered artwork will not be reused or resold unless agreed.
➤ I may share WIPs or completed works unless under NDA.AI Usage

➤ NDA must be requested for sensitive projects.
➤ As the commissioned work under NDA cannot be showcased publicly, a fee applies begining at 10% of the total commission quote.

➤ Personal use: avatars, banners, personal display.
➤ Commercial use: requires an additional fee.
Indie <1000 followers: free
Indie >1000 followers: +30%
Corporate: +80%

Payment
➤ Upfront via PayPal invoice in USD.
➤ I issue the invoice; do not send payment until confirmed.
➤ Listed price is final (fees included).
➤ Tips optional but appreciated.Refunds & Cancellations
➤ No chargebacks.
➤ No refunds once work begins.
➤ Refunds only if I cannot complete the commission (amount depends on progress).
➤ Refunds issued via original payment method.
➤ Clients must contact me to cancel requests.Timeline & Delivery
➤ Deadlines must be agreed before payment.
➤ Average delivery: 2-3 weeks (depending on workload/complexity).
➤ Rush commissions: +20%.
➤ I will notify clients of delays; prompt communication is required.Process
➤ Sketch sent within 1–3 business days after payment.
➤ Updates at each stage (sketch, lineart, flats, final).
➤ For specific size requirements, please let me know in advance.Revisions
➤ Up to 3 major revisions during draft phase.
➤ Minor corrections free if I missed important details.
